T.John college , department co ordinator for UBA, Dr. Trupti H Dandekar, explained the UBA scheme and organisation structure to the faculty members. T.John College being selected as Participating Institute (PI) has selected a cluster of 5 villages: Anekal, Begur, Banerughatta, Chandapura and Jigani.
The action plan of T.John College for UBA includes: meeting the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Pradhan, BDPO, JE, meeting the elders, youth groups, women groups, identifying one problem and provide immediate solution.
The UBA listing will give a long way in providing the college visibility, by featuring in to the footprints of UBA and the CSR activities of T.John College.
