Why T.John

Established in 2018, T. John School of Nursing offers a 3-year Diploma Nursing course affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, approved by Karnataka Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council. Situated 25kms from Bangalore city, our campus provides a serene learning environment. Our spacious building houses modern Nursing labs, Audio-Visual facilities, and a well-equipped library with a diverse collection. With a faculty-student ratio of 1:10, including postgraduate and graduate teachers, we foster a culture of knowledge-seeking, equipping students with the skills and confidence needed for the nursing profession.

Eligibility

  • B.Sc Nursing
  • General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing)

Candidate with Science who have passed the qualifying 12th standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and passed ni English individually.

Age: Should have completed 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 years

Duration: 4 Years

General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)

Acandidate seeking admission must

  • Have 10+2 with English and at least 40% of marks in the qualifying exam. If belonging to scheduled caste or tribe should have obtained not less than 35% marks. (Applicable only for students from Karnataka)
  • 10+2 with English and at least 40% marks in VHSE (Health care science) OR Be a registered ANM
  • For foreign candidates equivalency to 10+2 certificate is mandatory.

Age: 17 years to 35 years (ANM and LHV no age bar)

Duration: 3 Years
