Payment Options

Online Card Payments

Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

Transaction confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, and if you do not receive a confirmation of your transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us by telephone.

Delivery of Products/Services
All the prospectus would be couriered to you without any additional cost. Marougen Education Foundation (www.tjohncollege.com) shall not be held responsible if customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Amendment and Cancellation policy
To amend/cancel your payment, kindly contact a Marougen Education Foundation (www.tjohncollege.com) Public Relation Officer(PRO) in India 91-80-25597817. Please refer to Reference No:. Name, Country . specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Marougen Education Foundation (www.tjohncollege.com) Services. You may be required to directly contact the Bangalore office (of the concerned) to get your reservation cancelled.

How do I get a refund after cancelling?
After canceling your booking, you will need to send us the Fees Receipt (in original, in case of paper receipts) to the following address:

On receiving the receipt, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card only. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of cancellation advice, repayment will be made after deducting necessary charges/fees as applicable.
