WORKSHOP ON FILE STRUCTURES

Department of Information Science and Engineering has organized a workshop on “FILE STRUCTURES” for pre-final year students by Mr. Sadanand Rudraiah a technology enthusiast and IT consultant with over 14+ years of IT experience. Lecture highlighted, The introduction to software requirements, Eclipse, Netbeans , front end , back end connections of the file structures project and clearing doubts in database connections.

Session started with software requirements, File I/O operations and database connections by using java I/O streams, In Exception handling, how to use try and catch syntax and for web applications using Netbeans front end connections were clarified to students. Session was interactive with hands on session on Java, MySQL by clearing doubts. As an outcome of this programme students gained the knowledge of how to do a File Structures mini project for their academic lab.

Session was useful for the pre-final year students in gaining technical knowledge which in turn will help the students during their campus interviews.
