Mr. Kris Kini, MD, Ultra Filters Pvt Ltd., visited T. John College Campus on September 14, 2010. Mr. Kini is the founder, Chairman and MD of Ultra Filters(India) Pvt Ltd. A company established for Design, Research, Development manufacture of Industrial Filters ,Dryers and High Technology Products.

He spoke to students about the founding principles of his organization. Ethical business, fairness, return on Investments to all stake holders, Zero tolerance towards corruption and red tapism were the key ingredients towards his success.

He inspired students to dream big and follow the ideal management principles of Adhisthtanam, Karanam, Vividhaisha, Daivam Chaivatra, Prathakaridam.

This was followed by a question –answer session .Where students got an opportunity to know more about the challenges he has faced.

Dr. George Esaw, Principal T. John College and Prof Ranganath Swamy HOD, Dept of Management were also present during the lecture.
