VTU Annual Sports meeting and Interaction with Vice-Chancellor was held on 18th and 19th January 2012 and preparation of sports calendar of events for the academic 2011-12 was carried out. Mr. Chinni Sreedhara, Physical Education Director attended the meeting.

In this Interaction Dr. S.A. Kori, Registrar, VTU, Belgaum addressed the meeting and discussed various developments in the VTU sports activities at this movement Dr. S.A. Kori appreciated the live steaming of the entire tournament in the website and it was a great thing that VTU sports field is adopting latest technology he added.

Mr. Chinni Sreedhara was elected unanimously as a VTU Physical Education Directors Association Executive Member.

T. John Institute of Technology is hosting Visvesvaraya Technological University Inter-Collegiate South Zone TABLE TENNIS (Men & Women) Competitions for the academic year 2012-13. Last year we conducted Volley Ball Tournament and 28 teams participated.
