The movie "The Adventure of the Speckled Band" was screened by Ms. Panchali Mukherjee from the Department of Languages in the Seminar Hall, BHM Block for the students of Additional English in III semester BBM, Section A and B and III semester BHM on September 12, 2011. The duration of the movie was fifty-five minutes. The response of the students was overwhelming as the students from other classes had also joined the group of Additional English students to watch the movie. The students said that the screening of the movie helped them to understand the story of "The Adventure of the Speckled Band" which is in their course and that it was an immensely enjoyable experience.
