This was an initiative taken by the BHM Department when "Oakwood Premier Prestige", On September 14, 2011 a Service Apartment Company situated in UB City, Bangalore, represented by Ms. Gunjan Vasudeva (HR Manager) & Ms. Ujwala (Training Manager) had given a presentation on their product to the final year BHM students, which can later prove to be very useful for their job openings. Oakwood as a company has its presence worldwide and their product is very distinctive as compared to the hotel product. It clearly instills the concept of “Home away from Home”.This has proved to be a great challenge to the hotel industry at large. The budding Hospitality professionals can find this to be a great opportunity to build up their careers.
