Department of Physical Education & Sports conducted T. John College Inter – Department Football tournament from August 2, 2011 to August 12, 2011 at 4:15 pm 6:00 pm in the campus ground under the guidance of Dr. Nilanjana Basu, Vice-Principal, T .John College.

The first match was between BHM & BBM inaugurated by Mr. K. P. Poonacha, Estate Manager, TJGI on August 2, 2011 at 04:15 pm in which match BBM team won 3:1

The Second match was between BCA & BHM Guest of honor was Dr. George Easaw, Principal TJC, Match played was on 05/08/2011 at 04:30 pm, in this match BCA team won 1:0 margin.

The Final Match was Played between BBM & BCA on 12/08/2011 at 4:30 pm. The guest of the Match was Mr. Joseph Vaseegaran, Administrator, TJGI, Dr. Rajashekar, HOD Department of Computer Science accompanied the Guest.

The selection trials of the college football team between TJC and TJIT; TJC & AMC College was conducted. On both the matches TJC football team won by 4:1 and 3:1 respectively.
