The RGUHS Bangalore Zone Physical Education Directors Meeting was held on May 11, 2011 under the RGUHS Bangalore Zone Sports & Games Chairmanship of Dr. Vinith Chandy, Principal of T. John college of Pharmacy, Bangalore with Bangalore Zone College Physical Education Director Mr. Somashakerappa, The Oxford Group of Institutions.

Mr. Chinni Sreedhara, Convener, RGUHS Bangalore Zone & Physical Education Director, T. John College of Pharmacy, Bangalore and Mr. Jayaraj A, MVJ Medical College, Bangalore.

The Meeting was preceded with Bangalore Zone College Physical Education Directors as per the norms by RGUHS organizing chairman.

The Zonal events assigned as per the full pledged meeting with various college Physical Education Directors opinions and suggestions.

Dr. Vinith Chandy, Principal, TJCP was headed the calendar year 2011-2012 of events, dates, venue college and allotments of games, very fairly to the respective colleges.

The Colleges had came forward to conduct the above games which was finalized among the willingness of each other assigned Zonal colleges affiliated to RGUHS Bangalore Zone.

The decision was take by the chair persons of the meeting along with all Physical Education Directors on free will of co-operation as per the criteria of their college existing infrastructure on merit basis.

Mr. Chinni Sreedhara, T. John college of Pharmacy, The convener and the Organizer of the RGUHS hosting tournaments 2011-2012 gave the vote of thanks to all the PED who attended the meeting.
