NSS Introduction Programme

T. John College conducted NSS Introduction Programme on January 11, 2012 at College Campus. About 100 Under Graduate students participated the event. In brief discussed the Objectives, motto and importance of the Nation Service Scheme. The basic concept of NSS is to establish a meaningful linkage between the college and community for upliftment of the country. The program provided an opportunity of giving information to the students about development of their personality through National Service Scheme by participating in the social activities. The program also encouraged students to participate enthusiastically in the process of nation development and promote national integration.
Students enthusiastically expressed their experiences about social activities participated previously and their willingness to take part in the forth coming events.
Mr. N. Ravindranath, NSS Program officer, Mr. Rajesh babu Faculty FAD dept and Mr. Govinda Kumar from Department of Physical Education & Sports were present in the program.
