Workshop on Mushroom Cultivation



The mushroom cultivation workshop was conducted on December 19, 2011 by the Bio-technology department which was supported by the department of hotel management, where inputs were given to the participants on cooking of low calories, high nutrition recopies of different varieties of mushrooms. The workshop has given insight on investment, cultivation and nutritional values of different varieties of mushrooms, which can prove to be very useful for people from all types of environments.
