The Outbond Activity for TJCN (Monkey Business Activity)
Department of Physical Education & Sports conducted an outbound activity for the students of T. John College of Nursing on October 13, 2011 at Chitradurga Fort. 25 students were accompanied by Mr. Chinni Sreedhara, Physical Education Director, T. John Group of Institutions.
The students participated in all the activities such as Trekking and Rock Climbing. Mr. Jyothi Raja also known as Kothi Raja (Trainer) demonstrated the technical skills of rock climbing to the students. He gave free classes to all the young students so that they can learn the art of Rock Climbing and also share these skills with others.
After lunch many subject related games were conducted. At the end of the session the Mr. Chinni Sreedhdara, Physical Education Director briefed the students about various lessons that could be learnt from each of the activities or the games they had participated in. The students have enjoyed this outbound activity.
A special thanks to Sri. Somashekarappa, Director of Physical Education from Oxford College, Mr. Koppad, Physical Education Director from SDMDC, Dharward, Mr. Jyothi Raj(Kothi Raj) and his team who were present in the activity and were constantly encouraging the students.
