On the 13th of November 2010 the students of MSc Biotechnology III semester attended 1 day workshop on animal cell survival assay using MTT Assay technique. 22 students with 2 faculties participated in this workshop at Biozeen, India.

The program started with a briefing about the technique involved followed by setting up of the experiment in the animal cell culture lab. The fermentor facilities of the organization were witnessed by the students followed by the chromatographic facilities.

In the afternoon session the spectrophotometer reading of surviving cells were recorded and analyzed.
