The Department Of Languages organized a panel discussion on ‘The Entry of Foreign Institutions in India-Boon or Bane’ at 10:00 am on 10th of April 2010. The panel was comprised of Dr. George Easaw, Principal, T. John College, Dr. B. S. Patil, Director, Dept. Of Management, Mr. Monoo John from the same department and Dr. Anuradha from the Dept. of Biosciences. The panel members expressed their views on this topic. The panel discussion concluded with a view that there should be a monitoring agency to keep a tab on the foreign universities if they were invited to participate in India, so as not to damage Indian interests. The discussion was anchored by Ebenezer V. (II SEM B.A.) and attended by various faculties and students. It concluded with a question answer session between the Panel Members and the students.
