T. John College of Nursing organized and celebrated the INTERNATIONAL NURSES DAY on 12th May 2010. The theme of INTERNATIONAL NURSES DAY is Delivering quality, serving communities: Nurses leading chronic care.
The occasion was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the honorable chief guest Dr.Thomas P.John, Chairman, T. John Group of Institutions and Guest of honour Wg.Cdr.(Rtd.) P.Sambasivan, Campus Director, T. John Group of Institution. The highlight of the occasion was the presentation of excellent documentary on “The history of nursing” by IV yr. B.Sc. Nursing students. The students enthusiastically participated in the various cultural programme conducted after the documentary.
The teachers and students of College and School of Nursing actively participated in the Nurses day celebration, making it a memorable one.
