On the 13th August, 2010 BBM V Semester students of T. John College were taken for an industrial visit to KMF Bangalore (i.e., Bangalore Diary). We reached the diary by 11 AM and it got over by 1:30 PM. Four faculty members accompanied the students.

The students and faculty were allowed to visit the plant layout, packing section and butter making, etc.

The students were divided into two teams; one was accompanied by Mr. Mukesh and the other by Mr. Pattaraju.

They explained the complete milk processing from procurement from Kolar, Bangalore rural areas to Bangalore City up to the dispatch, the whole pasteurization process, Supply Chain Management and Production Cycle. The information was disseminated to students.

They enjoyed the learning experience. At the end of the visit, students were served with Cold Badam Milk.

Vote of thanks was given by Mr. Vineet on behalf of T. John College expressing their happiness and learning experience. Such Visit will bridge the gap between Industry and Institutions.
