"Sales Development Manager Training for HDFC SL (14th June to July 13th 2010) - Launched"
The first batch of SDM training for HDFC SL started on 14th June 2010 at SDM Training centre - (TIMS), New Block at T.John Group of Institutions Bangalore. Mr.Satyanarayan, Senior Manager HR (Karnataka & Kerala region) was the Chief Guest of the Function.
Prof. Reddy Kumar, Programme Director welcomed the Chief Guest, Campus Director, & all other Dignitaries & Participants and gave an overview of the programme, and a summary on the Journey Traveled since MOU signed between TIMS & HDFC SL in Dec 2009.
In his address the Chief Guest Mr.Satyanarayan highlighted the opportunity & quality-work environment at HDFC & stressed that best foundation for Trainees at TIMS (through the one month training programme from 14th June 2010 to 13th July 2010) will make them professionally equipped & on-the-job experience in their native districts will make them perfectly industry-ready.
The Asst. Vice President-Retail Sales Mr.Subhash Panicker, A.V.P., Mr.Srinivas J & Mr.Sanjeev Kumar Singh from HDFC, brought to the notice of Participants (about 90) about the growth of opportunity & incentive opportunity in HDFC SL.
The Campus Director, Rtd.Wg.Cdr.Sambasivan in his address welcomed the youth to storm into the opportunity sector to be successful. Dr.Sridharan, Principal (TIMS) highlighted the students’ self-confidence in making their career in a fast-growing & challenging field & thanked the Management for providing hostel-facility at a very competitive-rate for Trainees & all technical & manpower support to make the programme launched & for providing all needed resource/support. He also thanked HDFC SL having selected TIMS as Regional Center for SDM Training for Karnataka & Kerala exclusively. Dr. Sridharan praised the HDFC Team-work & their continuous support to TIMS’ Team for carrying out recruitment camp, selection etc.
The programme ended with vote of thanks by Prof. Gopan, TIMS, highlighting the Chairman’s support from the beginning & thanking HDFC Team, Campus Director, Principal, TIMS, Faculty, Administration, all SDM Trainers & Participants.
