IBM Global process services recruitment in T. John Group of Institutions
IBM Global Process Services (Formerly IBM DAKSH) is an integral part of the company’s Globally Integrated Enterprise Model. They provide solutions across various verticals in the field of Banking, Insurance, Travel, Telecom, Technology, Distribution and Utilities. They have expertise in different streams (Marketing, HRM, and Finance).
They comprise of different offshore centers in India, Philippines and 50 plus centers globally by delivering asset based process outsourcing solution to more than 75 clients across multiple industries globally. They are more focused on employee development, customer satisfaction; reduce operational costs and attaining measurable process improvements.
IBM Global Process Services shed their light on recruiting students from T.John Group of Institutions on 01/03/2011 for different discipline. The programme was started by 10:30AM, at T.J.I.T (T.John Institute of Technology) MBA-VTU Block.

- ◊ Welcome speech was given by Prof. Sukumar Naik, Executive Director of TIMS and Dr. Nagarajan, Director, MBA Department, TJIT, addressing IBM Global Process Services recruiters.
- ◊ Students from different colleges of T. John Group participated in IBM recruitment.
- ◊ Students were given with a brief lecture about IBM Global Process Services, recruitment process and Career Growth Process in TJIT Seminar Hall.
- ◊ Interview arrangements were done in TJIT MBA Floor. Interview process started by 10:30AM and ended at 6:00PM.
- ◊ 85 students of T.John Groups were selected for next level of interview by IBM.
- ◊ As a token of respect for IBM from T.John Group of Institutions, momentos (WORLD OF TITAN) were provided to the IBM recruiters.
- ◊ IBM was highly satisfied with our student’s talent, caliber and their excellence in knowledge for jobs.
