HR Club Inauguration, Department of Management

HR Club was formally launched on 25th – Sept-2010, by the Department of Management, T. John College, Bangalore.
The main objective of the HR Club is to “uphold the ideals in Human Resource Management, to enhance the capability and credibility of future HR Professionals and to also lead in development and promotion of good practices in the field of HR Management.
HR Club was formally launched by Wg. Cdr (Retd) P Sambasivan ( Campus Director- TJGI), Dr. George Easaw (Principal TJC), Prof. Raganatha Swamy (HOD, Management Department- TJC), Prof. Chandrakala. V ( MBA – Coordinator, Management Department- TJC).
Campus Director along with the members of HR Club came forward and set the goals of the HR Club. Some of the decided Goals of the HR Club were-conducting Guest seminars from the professionals of industries, Creating HR Club website, conducting practical training programs for the HR Club members and launch of monthly HR Magazine. Later members of HR Club (III SEM MBA- HR Specialization) conducted various games, activity, quizzes, presentation on the various topic of HRM.
The Event was Anchored Mr. Amresh Pradhan and Mr. Soumava Saha student of III Sem MBA- HR Specialization. Event was conducted under the guidance of HR Club Faculty Coordinators Ms. Prinangana Goswami and Mr. Mulidhar Reddy.
