The Department of Hotel Management has conducted a guest lecture on Front Office operations on January 10, 2012. It was a resourceful talk delivered by Mr. Roy, the Front Office Manager of Ibis Hotel, who focused on the latest trends of front office operations, laying emphasis on career opportunities in Front office not only in hotels but also in other sectors of the hospitality sector. The importance of the department was focused upon and it was found to be very useful for the budding hospitality professionals.
