Faculty Developemnt Programme for T John College & TIMS faculty members were organised from 28 June to 2 July, 2010. The major subjects handled by the Resource persons included valuable and practical concepts for the faculty members.'Ethics and Values in teaching, Teaching Pedagogy, Classroom Management, Time and Stress Management, Importance of Team work, Carbon cerdit, Corporate Governance' etc were some of the major topics discussed. Exposure to these subjects of the present secnario urged the faculty members, to boldly face the growing challenges of the present day world.
From Phyical Educational Department, Mr. Chinni Sreedhara arranged a one day Staff picnic to Mekedathu-Sangama at end of the programme. This proved to be a 'Stress buster' for the faculty members, as they enjoyed like College Students far away from the tensions of every day life.
