FAD Industrial Tour

Fashion and Apparel Design department has conducted an Industrial tour to Coimbatore, Tirupur and Ooty. Thirty seven students along with two faculties Mr. Uday L Navalyal & Mrs. Yashaswini N.G left for Coimbatore on 09-02-2010 night and reached Coimbatore next day morning and visited M/s. Bhuvaneshwari Cotspin, a 100% Export Oriented unit, with ultra modern Spinning machines.
Next day students visited M/s. Bhuvaneshwari knitting, printing and dyeing unit. Third day students visited Ooty which was recreational part of the tour. There they visited Botanical garden, Ooty lake where they did boating. Also students did shopping at Tirupur and Ooty. While returning to Bangalore, students visited Pykara falls on the way.
