Mr. Dinesh shared the leadership /innovation Journey of INFOSYS with the students and faculty of T. John College On 23rd July, 2010 Mr. K Dinesh Co-Founder and Member board of Infosys Technologies Ltd, address all the students and Faculty of T.John Group of Institutions in college campus at the TJIT seminar hall.
Mr. Dinesh took the audience through the successfully journey of INFOSYS and also His personal journey from the first job for Rs.80 per month to the present level of a successful leader of a world class organization.
The message was clear and loud. Each and every person [student] is capable of innovating something new and it is not confined to a very few celebrities. Innovation need not big, it is even applicable for day to day activities.
He emphasized on the importance of an effective leadership and the success that can accomplish the team work.
Mr. Dinesh related all the above points with the examples taken from Infosys, Personal experience and quoted from the most successful names.
While answering the questions from the audience he was modest, answered to the point and was positive even in answering some tricky questions.
It was a motivating session and the youngsters definitely who listened to him would definitely start dreaming big and innovate and sustain themselves to achieve big in their future.
The welcome address was done by the campus director Rtd. Wing Commander Sambashivam. The speaker was introduced by M. S. Ranganatha Swamy, HOD, Mgmt Dept, TJC. The Chairman of T. John Group of Institutions Dr. Thomas John Addressed the gathering and the vote of thanks was given by Dr. George Easaw, the principal of T. John College.
The program was attended by the principals of all the T. John Group institutions.
