On August 13, 2011 delegates from Hotel Crown Plaza in electronic city Bangalore where here to deliver a session on latest hotel software operating systems prevalent in the luxury hotels today. The session was conducted at the BHM seminar hall, T. John College. It was an informative presentation on hospitality information technology. The presentation was all about different new software and applications that are being used in hospitality industry namely Opera, IDS, Micro’s, 3M etc. The session proved to be informative and beneficial to the students of 5th and 7th semester. It made them abreast with the back of the office technical and support software systems in the industry.
