Cake mixing ceremony – 2011

It is Christmas Season again. The annual cake mixing ceremony was organized by the Department of Hotel Management of T. John College. In this season, prior to making cakes most of the dry fruits are soaked in spirit like (rum, brandy and red wine) to enhance the flavours and to get tenderness of those dry fruits.
The ceremony was held on the November 30, 2011, which was a grand success. The auspicious ceremony was started by the hands of Dr. Thomas. P. John, Chairman, T. John Group of Institutions, Campus Director, Wg.Cdr.( Rtd.) P. Sambasivan, Principal of T John College, Dr. George Easaw, Mr. Ranjan Malakar, Hotel Manager of Hotel Crown Plaza, Bangalore, Director Human Resources, Mr. Muthusivan and Mr. Ravi, HR Executive, Crown Plaza Hotel were present to grace the occasion. Ms. Debika, Assistant Training Manager, ITC Windsor, Bangalore was also present on the occasion.
On this happy occasion we from the Department of Hotel Management led by our Director Mr. Arun Nathaniel, Mr. Suresh N, HOD , all the staff members and students take this as a proud privilege to have such an extravagant event conducted in the Department. We once again thank each and every one present on this occasion to make it a success . We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
